Why does the phone suddenly have no lock records?

#1 Router replacement

Router replacement or password modification will lead to the network outage of the smart lock. Reconfiguring the network and rebinding the smart lock can recover the unlock records.


#2 Use the dual-band router

Philips EasyKey only supports the 2.4GHz band when distributing the network, not the public network or 5GHz band. If you use the dual-band router, please select the 2.4GHz band for network configuration.

 

#3 Recover the factory settings

Once recover the smart lock to the factory setting, the smart lock will empty the operation records and recover the network setting to the initialization state. In this case, the users need to reconfigure the network to continue the normal use of the smart lock.

The users should notice that if the smart lock has no unlock records under the normal networking state, remove devices from the mobile APP, then reconfigure the network, and rebinding the smart lock can help to retrieve the records.


Why does the door lock message have not sound and pop-up notifications?

 

Binding a mobile APP, for example, if the users used the DDL709-FVP, the “notice permission” of the mobile APP should be turned on.

 

For safety reasons, the mobile APP will log out automatically if there is no operation within one week, thus the users can not receive the real-time door lock dynamics. If the users need to recover the log-in state, they need to open the APP and verify to log in again.
