Terms of Service
These terms of use govern users (including but not limited to individuals, teams, etc.) (you, user) access to and use of Shenzhen Conex Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”,“us”, “our”or “Conex”) product, and services via our websites and mobile applications. This is a legal agreement between users and Conex, so please agree to these terms before accessing Conex services.
1. General
1.1. Conex are the owner of all right, title and interest in and to the Site, Service, Licensed Application and Device. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
1.2. You users need to read the terms carefully and agree to them before registration. By signing up or otherwise using any of these Conex services, you are entering into a binding contract with the Conex. By accessing any special service or product, you need to agree to these terms of use.

Conex only provides related web services, and users shall bear the relevant service fees (Phone bills for network connection) of any other related devices (Personal computer, phone or other devices for network connection).

4. Usage Standards
4.1 Your users agree to comply with the related rules including but not limited to Regulations of the People's Republic of China for Safety Protection of Computer Information Systems, Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Cases Involving Copyright Disputes over Computer Network, Management Provisions on Electronic Bulletin Services in Internet, Provisions for the Administration of Internet News Information Services, Measures for the Administrative Protection of Internet Copyright and Regulation on the Protection of the Right to Communicate Works to the Public over Information Networks
4.2. The Site is provided by Conex for your personal use only. You agree to use the Site and the Services only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site or Services. Conex assumes no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage. You agree not to do any of the following:
Post, upload, publish, submit or transmit any Content via our Service that:
(1) infringes, misappropriates or violates a third party's intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy;
(2) violates or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability;
(3) is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive;
(4) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive;
(5) promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group;
(6) is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any person or entity;

4.3. You agree that all submitted or uploaded content (Your Content) on Conex are based on intellectual property.
You are responsible for all of Your Content and for ensuring that your content and its use with any offering comply with all applicable laws and regulations and these Terms, and warrant that Your Content will not infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property or proprietary rights of any person or violate any applicable laws or regulations. You agree to indemnify and hold Conex harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of or related to User Content you post or otherwise contribute; or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
4.4. If any third-party claim that the Your Content infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we reserve the right to remove user alleged infringement Content at its sole discretion. Unless you user can submit the documentary evidence to rule out the possibility of infringement, Conex will not recover the deleted content.
4.5. You agree not to directly or indirectly do any of the following:
(1) Use network service system for any unlawful purpose;
(2) Attempt to interfere with any function or service of Conex Application and Site;
(3) Avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by Conex or any of Conex' providers or any other third party (including another user) to protect the Service, License Application or any Device
(4) Use, display, mirror or frame the Services, or any individual elements within the Services, Conex' name, or any Conex trademark, logo or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page, without Conex' express written consent.
(5) Request, collect any accounts, password or other authentication from other Conex users to access Conex;
(6) Log in Conex account to get the proxy authenticate for any user;
(7) Provide tracking facility, including but not limited to identifying other users to view or operate on their profile；
(8) Impersonate others to access Conex without authorization.
4.6. If users violate any of the above agreements, Conex reserves the right to warn or terminate the account of user(s); you agree to indemnify Conex and our partners for all damage or liability caused by violations.
5. Privacy Policy
5.1. Before using Conex' products or services, you may need to provide personal data. We may use your personal data for the following purposes:
(1) To get authorizations from users
(2)To comply with the related laws and regulations
(3) To comply with and enforcing applicable legal requirements;
(4) To maintain public interests.
5.2. Conex may provide network services in cooperation with third parties. In this case, if the third party agrees to assume equal responsibility as protecting the privacy of the user, Conex has the right to offer the user's information to the third party
5.3. Without revealing the privacy of individual users, we, Conex, have the right to improve our products and services through analyzing the efficiency of our business operations and evaluating market share
6. Copyright Statements
6.1. All contents, including but not limited to any software, text, images, audio and video on this Website or Application are copyrighted by Conex or applicable licensors unless otherwise stated. Without prior written consent of Conex or other related parties, you may not distribute, exchange, modify, sell or transmit any materials from Conex.
6.2. The logo, trademark, layout and design of Conex are copyrighted by Conex, you may not copy, mirror or transmit them without permission by Conex.
6.3. If you use any Conex’ content, you agree to sign with “Source from Conex”pay Conex or our applicable licensors and take all legal responsibilities if using any Conex’ content.
6.4. We Conex have a prior claim on, including but not limited to website, digital magazines, publishment and etc. We will inform and pay the authors according to the standards of industry.
6.5. All content on Conex represents only the author’s own position and views.
6.6. You agree not to transmit Conex’ content illegal, we reserve the right to pursue a dispute in court.
7. Disclaimer
7.1. You user agree to take all risks while using Conex Services , we Conex do not take any legal responsibilities.
7.2. Conex neither guarantee that the network service will meet the requirements of all users, nor will it guarantee the timeliness, security and accuracy of the network service.
7.3. Conex does not guarantee the availability, continuity, and accessibility of this website, its content, or its services. This website and its content are provided on an 'as is' basis. You, as the user, bear all responsibilities for usage of this website and any website linked to it.
7.4. The quality defects of the following products or services provided to the users themselves and any losses caused by them, Conex does not take any responsibility:
(1) Any network service provided by Conex;
(2) Free product or service presented by Conex.
7.5. Conex reserves the right to permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice and liability, with or without notice and with no liability of any kind.
8. Supplementary
8.1. The establishment, enforcement, and interpretation of this Agreement, as well as the resolution of disputes related thereto, shall be subject to the laws of the People's Republic of China.
The place of signing of this Agreement will be regarded as Nanshan District in Shenzhen City in the People's Republic of China. Should any dispute arise with regard to the Content or execution of this Agreement, both parties should seek resolution thereof through amicable consultation. Should a settlement fail to be reached through consultation, either party may file a lawsuit with a court with jurisdiction in the place of signing.
8.2. These terms of use will be effective upon posting, Conex reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these terms. The result of modifications will be published on Conex' website. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services. Your continued use of this website shall be deemed as your acceptance of said changes.
8.3. If any provision of these Terms is, for any reason, held to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions of these Terms are still effective and enforceable.
8.4. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failing or delaying performance of its obligations resulting from any condition beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, governmental action, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, earthquake, fire, flood or other acts of God, labor conditions, power failures, and Internet disturbances.
8.5. Conex reserves all rights of interpretation and modification.
