Click [Settings] -- Click [Gateway of the device] -- Click [Add a new Gateway] -- Scan the QR code on the back of the Gateway -- Power on the Gateway -- The Gateway turns to blue for 16 seconds and red for 40 seconds. -- After hearing a “Ding” sound then Click [Flash] -- Enter Wi-Fi password and wait for pairing -- Gateway informs“ Receive network information”-- Gateway informs “Connected” -- Click [Yes] -- Gateway informs “Binding successfully, you can use now” -- “ Associated successfully”
Wi-Fi smart lock
Take DDL702E as an example
Download Philips smart lock APP -- Click [Add device] -- Click [Wi-Fi lock] -- Touch the keypad area -- Press [#] -- Enter master code -- Press [#] -- Press [5] -- Press [1] -- Click [Next]
Click [System setting] -- Connect the hotspot“Philips _WIFILock”(P.S. When it informs the WLAN is not accessed, please click “Continue to use this WLAN”.) -- Wait for pairing -- Correct the master code (P.S. The defaulted code is 12345678. But to guarantee user’s using safety, it will remind the user to correct master code.) -- Connect Wi-Fi -- Enter Wi-Fi password and wait for pairing -- The voice prompts “setting successfully” -- Inform “ Binding successfully”
Video Smart Lock
Take Philips DDL702-1HW as an example
Download Philips smart lock APP -- Click [Add device] -- Choose [Video lock]-- Press [#] --Enter master code -- Press [#] into master mode-- Click [Next] -- Press [5], then press [1] -- Choose “Prompt Pairing and wait a minute”-- Click [Next] -- Enter Wi-Fi password
Show the QR code on your APP to the smart lock’s camera -- Click [Next] -- wait for pairing -- Enter master code on APP -- Click [Next] -- “Pairing successfully”
To sum up, the above three networked methods are matched with different Philips networked smart locks. If you can’t search the Wi-Fi when you connect the phone with the Gateway, please operate on APP “Setting” to avoid automatically break off the Wi-Fi signal due to long intervals.
