The Philips Smart Lock Super Factory is divided into four key workshops: die-casting, lock bodies, electronics, and assembly. It has fully introduced advanced production equipment such as AGV (automated guided vehicles), intelligent three-dimensional warehouses, and fully automated packaging lines. This enables a digitalized, automated, lean, and intelligent production mode across various stages, ensuring efficient and smooth operations from component production to final assembly and delivery.
